Grammy Award-winning country music star Alan Jackson sold his home in Franklin, Tennessee, this month through the Christie’s Great Estates Bespoke Marketing Program. Known as Sweetbriar, the 135-acre estate sold for US$28 million, and achieved a record as the highest-priced home sold in the area.

"As an artist, Mr. Jackson appreciated his home being showcased by the world’s leading art business,” says Rick Moeser, Christie’s Great Estates Vice President.
The estate features a six-bedroom, seven full and two half bath main residence and is located a 30-minute drive away from Nashville.
