EIRE is a three-day international fair that brings together Italy's top real estate professionals for updates on key industry topics as well as presentations of projects and opportunities, conferences, events, and seminars relevant to the real estate community.

EIRE is a three-day international fair that brings together Italy's top real estate professionals for updates on key industry topics as well as presentations of projects and opportunities, conferences, events, and seminars relevant to the real estate community. Held at pavilions two and four of Fiera Milano-Rho in Milan, the 2012 event was held on June 5-7 and was attended by the Christie's International Real Estate exclusive Affiliate in Sardinia, ImmobilSarda. 

Each year the EIRE Fair hosts several thematic meetings and is an ideal setting to deal with the most important topics facing the real estate world.

Among the several meetings scheduled, particular relevance was given to those that analyze the global economic situation and the real estate sector's response to the crisis. In addition, ample space was devoted to issues of sustainable architecture and social housing.

The opening event of EIRE 2012, held on Tuesday June 5 at 10 am and titled "The real estate as a condition for the development of the country" offered an opportunity for the real estate community to publicly declare the ideal conditions required in order for the industry to give a real contribution to revitalize the country, thanks to proposals on priority aspects such as: a unitary city plan law to be brought to the attention of the government, a "Framework Agreement" with the banking system and parameters of quality and sustainability.

A section of the fair was devoted to meetings with potential investors, with a meeting area (Investor's Lounge) dedicated to the national public and private sectors as well as international investors.

Giancarlo Bracco, partner and founder of ImmobilSarda, participated in EIRE 2012 in his role as the President of FIABCI. The organization had a stand at the exhibition displaying its unique position on the international stage, that allows for a 360° view on the markets at a time of great economic transformation and change.
