Originally from the Seattle area, Scott has been a licensed Realtor in Montana since 1983. He has worked on a variety of projects throughout his career ranging from high-end residential to commercial retail development. He is currently the President and a Broker for PureWest Real Estate throughout Montana. His work has mainly been focused in the Whitefish and Kalispell markets, working on well known residential projects like Monterra, a 158 unit condominium project where he lead the marketing and sales teams resulting in the project selling out. He also was instrumental in the Big Mountain development corporation which developed ski-in/ski-out properties on what is now known as Whitefish Mountain Resort. He has also had a large presence in the selling of Iron Horse properties ranging from lots to cabins and homes. Iron Horse is a private Tom Fazio-designed golf community in Whitefish. He has had a longstanding presence in the high-end residential properties surrounding Whitefish Lake, Whitefish Hills, and many other sought after neighborhoods in the valley.
