Stephanie Szigetvari is a lifelong resident of Chicago’s northwest suburbs, growing up in Lake Zurich and raising her family in Long Grove while building a successful real estate career.

She joined @properties in May 2018 as vice president of brokerage services.

Stephanie began her real estate career in 1987 at Century 21 in Lake Zurich. She earned Rookie of the Year honors and was a perennial top producer before transitioning to management in 2009 with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Her Arlington Heights office brokered nearly $500 million in annual transactions and consistently held the No. 1 market share in the area. She was also district manager for offices in Long Grove, Libertyville, Park Ridge and Schaumburg.
