A Charlotte native and Wrightsville Beach regular for over 35 years, Happy married her husband, Bill, and made Wilmington home in 2013. With a BA and MBA from UNC-Chapel Hill and thirteen years at American Express in New York City, she brings incredible business acumen to the real estate experience.
