With over 50 years of real estate experience between the two founders, and having brokered over 150 high value transactions in the past 10 years alone, we have an in-depth understanding of the luxury real estate market in the region.

In the recent past we have brokered the development of more than 1,000,000 sq. feet of high-end luxury properties with a market value of over US$ 500 million. During the same period, we have brokered the sale of more than 200,000 sq. feet of high-end luxury properties with a market value of over US$ 125 million (or a purchasing par parity value of US$ 400 million)

Himmat has over 25 years of experience in the real estate market spread across various asset classes. Prior to founding Touchstone Real Estate Advisors in 2005 (which was merged into HIMMAT & ROHINI SINGH LLP), Himmat worked at CBRE in New Delhi from 1997 to 1998 and from 2000 to 2003 in various roles ranging from brokerage, corporate real estate services, and consulting & valuation. He set up and headed CBRE’s investment services department in New Delhi in 2002. Himmat has a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi and a Master of Science degree in Real Estate (with distinction) from New York University

Rohini has over 26 years of e
