The brokerage is led by Aileen Kelly and Jenniffer Figaroa, co-founders of Bold Properties, the exclusive Christie’s International Real Estate affiliate in Aruba.

With the move to Curaçao, Kelly and Figaroa look to replicate the success of their Aruba-based brokerage, which has grown to become one of the island’s most in-demand real estate firms.
