Since beginning her career in 2013, Caroline has closed over 100 real estate transactions totaling over $110M. She consistently ranks as one of the top agents at her brokerage with an average of $16M in sales per year. Caroline was the recent recipient of Rhode Island Monthly's Excellence in Real Estate Award.

Prior to real estate, Caroline enjoyed a dynamic, fifteen-year career in investment banking. Focused on early-stage venture capital investing, she created deal origination strategies for companies such as Morgan Stanley and BancBoston, and has worked in New York, Boston, San Francisco and London...and to mix it up a bit, spent some time working in Tuscany for a famous cookbook writer.

In addition to her real estate career, Caroline is active and connected in the Aquidneck Island community. She has served as Director at Newport County Board of Realtors, is currently serving on the board of Ida Lewis Yacht Club and the Fort Adams Trust.
