Denise's skill set stems from a diverse journey that she embarked on alongside her husband's career, which took them across the country with their six children. Throughout their travels, Denise had to reinvent herself multiple times, developing a versatile set of skills. In 1990, she obtained her Florida Real Estate License, but a subsequent move led her to explore a career as a loan officer with a national firm. This opportunity further expanded her skill set and experience. One of her most treasured opportunities was when she was debuted on HGTV in a series on Beachfront Bargain Hunters.

Finally, the family returned to Fort Myers in the late 90s, allowing Denise to pursue her true passion—making homeownership a reality for everyone who seeks her assista
