Over the last 10 years Ivan has successfully managed and developed dozens of real estate projects on the Croatian coast and inland for international investors. In addition to his real estate development experience, Ivan is an expert in the Croatian residential and commercial real estate market and CEO of the real estate brokerage Remington Realty Ltd., the Exclusive Affiliate of Christie's International Real Estate in Croatia. Ivan holds a Master's degree in Economics, he is a licensed real estate broker in Croatia and a member of the Royal Institution for Chartered Surveyors with specialization in the field of real estate planning and development.
