Broker Associate
Joe has been licensed in the state of California since 1985 and selling real estate on a full-time basis since then. He holds a Broker's license with the state of California. Joe has sold a wide array of real estate over the past twenty-five years; from bungalows to estates, duplexes, triplexes, fourplexes, large apartment buildings, land, condominiums, townhomes, fixer-uppers, Estate properties and REO ("Real Estate Owned"/bank-owned properties).

He acted as the Assistant/Sales Manager from 1997 through 2007 in multiple real estate companies, selling real estate on a full-time basis.

As Assistant Manager Joe helped motivate, train, mentor, assist agents deal with contractual issues, questions and act as the Manager when needed. As Assistant Manager and then Manager, Joe assisted top agents in the office with their problem REO transactions both on the listing and selling side.
