Keith Hull, Broker, has been active both in the property/rental management and real estate industry since 1999 and specifically as a licensed REALTOR® since 2004. Since joining the Southern Georgian Bay Association of REALTORS® as an active member he has served two terms as a Director and has been a Chair or member of several professional committees and Task Forces.

Keith's experience as a REALTOR® ranges from selling single-family residential, recreational (with an emphasis on new builds and condominiums) to waterfront and agricultural real estate.

In addition to working with individual buyers and sellers Keith has had the pleasure of working with and representing a number of leading developers as part of their sales teams including Intrawest ULC, Skyline Investments, Hanson Development Group and Bremont Homes, with an emphasis on four-season recreational real estate.
