Kristin Hayes Claire directs our New Hampshire brokerage operations. Since joining LandVest in 2000, Kristin has compiled an unmatched record of performance across New Hampshire. She currently holds record sales in the Lakes Region, White Mountains, Monadnock Region and major sales in the Upper Valley and New Hampshire Seacoast. Kristin has extensive knowledge of New Hampshire's unique properties from waterfront homes to equestrian facilities, luxury retreats and large acreage properties. Her expertise in negotiations has consistently provided her clients with the highest and best value for their property or purchase. Kristin graduated from the University of New Hampshire and she and her family live on a restored farm outside Concord, NH. She is an accomplished equestrian and a leader in the region for the United States Pony Club.
