Sam joined LandVest in January 2021 and, in his short tenure, has been instrumental in the sale of several substantial New Hampshire properties. Sam is licensed in both New Hampshire and Maine and provides exceptional personalized service and global reach for unique and often complex properties. He is well-versed throughout New Hampshire where he grew up, bringing expertise and knowledge of the area to both buyers and sellers, and has closed sales in all four corners of the State. A resident of the Seacoast area for several years, Sam gained insight and an in-depth knowledge of the NH Seacoast and Southern Maine markets. He currently resides in Henniker.

Sam is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a degree in Sociology, where he did over 100 hours of community service and coordinated fundraising for the Huntsman Cancer Institute. He has previously worked in construction and finance. Sam has also lived in Massachusetts and New Jersey, but New Hampshire is his favorite where he enjoys outdoor activities such as snowboarding, hiking, and kayaking.
