Ulrika has a background in hospitality, within the hotel and restaurant industry, in restaurant as well as on management level. Her training led her to working in France for 10 years before deciding to qualify as an insurance broker in 2000, leaving France to return home. Subsequently, she worked at Skandia as a private advisor and later ran her own insurance brokerage in both private and non-life insurance.

For many years, she developed various housing projects together with her husband, which led her to initiate her studies in becoming a real estate agent in 2019. In 2020, she became a registered broker and works at Residence Christie's Real Estate in Malmö, Skåne since 2023. She spends her free time in the stable and has acquired a large network of contacts among equestrian enthusiasts in Malmö, Näset and the rest of Skåne.
