Victoria is one of the founders of Newgard Custom Homes, a new type of luxury residential building company that puts the client first and focuses on innovation in residential construction. At Newgard, Victoria is in charge of design and selection of interior finishes, and collaborates with clients to seamlessly guide them through the selection process. Victoria's keen eye for impeccable home design and clean lines and understanding of the needs of today's modern family is a valuable asset to real estate clients.

Victoria had a very successful legal career prior to adding real estate experience to her impressive resume. Victoria served as general legal counsel to Heritage Luxury Builders from 2004 - 2013, drafting and negotiating the company's contracts with clients, vendors and sub-contractors, and providing general legal and business advice. Prior to joining Heritage, Victoria graduated from New York University School of Law and clerked for the Honorable Judge Harry D. Leinenweber, U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois.
